A Little Bit About Me…

Sam Eicher’s role with CRE Partners is as a Partner, Agent and Tenant Representation specialist. He focuses on being an advisor for business owners on any lease negotiations, relocation, or building purchases in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Sam joined CRE Partners to dedicate all his efforts towards retail, office, and medical office tenant representation. His current experience working with a Fortune 400 company, on multiple transactions throughout Minnesota, has broadened his knowledge of the current market. Areas of focus include representing non-profit organizations, medical practices and local business owners. His competitive nature proves valuable in negotiations, as he will do everything it takes to get a better deal. Sam is looking to build long-term relationships and will always put the client’s needs first.

Sam graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Business, where he played four years of Varsity Basketball. His prior experience was with CGC Commercial Real Estate Services where he started upon graduating college. Sam enjoys staying active, playing basketball, softball, golf, and spending time with this family (Wife: Katy & Kids: Emmitt & Ellie). He also looks forward to social events and Holidays throughout the year, where he gets to share laughs and enjoy time with friends.
